Not much to report on the offshore or ocean front fishing due to the heavy seas the past few days keeping all the local boats inside the Inlet.
Those boats fishing the inlet are catching short Rockfish with some keepers and an occasional Puppy Drum. Reports are that many have been using Spot when available.
Along the Rip Rap most anglers are fishing for Tog during the day with many anglers fishing the early morning and in the evening for Rockfish. Angling is improving with the water clearing up from all the rough seas earlier in the week.
Some Back Bay anglers are still having some luck catching short Rockfish and small Bluefish around creek mouths.
There are still charter boats in the water and available for those who wish to get some late fall fishing in. The link is posted below. Good Luck and Tight Lines!
