Fishing was great over the weekend.  We held our 8th Annual Kid’s Catch Fishing Tournament and the kids hit the docks with plenty of fish.  Inshore and along the Inlet we have seen Flounder, Spot, Trout, Rockfish, Sea Bass, Mackerel, Triggerfish, croaker, bluefish and Tog.  Offshore Yellowfin and Big Eye Tuna have hit the docks.  There were a couple White Marlin Releases.

Chris Ragni and his crew had a great day of fishing aboard the Bill Slayer!!!

Fishing Report 6/19/23

Written on: June 19th, 2023 in Fishing Report

Summer is here and fishing has been great at IRM.  The docks have seen some record-breaking fish landed.    Inshore we have seen plenty of Bluefish, Seabass, Flounder, and Spanish Mackerel.  Offshore the Tuna are out there some days good catches and other’s days not so good, hence why it’s called fishing not catching.

The Kids Catch All Tournament is this weekend so please register online at www.kidscatchall.com or come by the marina Friday evening from 6-8pm under the pavilion and Saturday morning in the main office from 7-9am.  There is a lot of giveaways for the kids and 2 nights of free fantastic food!!!!

The Charter boats are booking fast for the season so give Carolyn a call at 302-227-3071 and let her get you hooked up with one of our great Captains.

Till next time Tight Lines and Sweet Times!!!!

Pics will be returning real soon 🙂
